Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huron, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 28, 2023, project was awarded to Asphalt Paving & Materials Co, awarded amount is $1,335,040.70. Bid No. 2023-08 Furnish all labor and materials necessary for STREET MILLING & OVERLAY - 2023, as specified. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, and issued by a State or National Bank and made payable to the City of Huron, or in lieu thereof a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Huron, as a guaranty that the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Huron, South Dakota. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
