The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Roadway: Milling approximately 1100 LF of roadway, spot repair for curb and gutter and sidewalk, adding village supplied supplemental base course, approximately 900 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement, and all other associated surface restoration. Parking Lot: Construct a new 20 stall parking lot. Salvage existing topsoil, excavation, installation of approximately 500 tons of owner supplied base course, 175 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement, construction of a new biofiltration basin (storm water control), pavement marking, and all other associated turf restoration.
