3000 tons (more or less) of DSA both pick up & delivery 3000 tons (more or less) of 3" minus both pick up & delivery 3000 tons (more or less) of R-4 both pick up & delivery 3000 tons (more or less) of R-5 both pick up & delivery 3000 tons (more or less) of R-8 Stackable delivery only 3000 tons (more or less) of AASHTO #8 delivery only Bids are requested on the above as indicated and as needed at a time agreeable to both parties. The Twp. The Twp. may divide the contract among the lowest responsible bidders of the products set forth. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the undersigned. The bid will be awarded at 5 PM at their regular meeting on February 22, 2023. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Athens Township. A performance bond for 50% of the contract will be required from the winning bidder within 20 days of the bid award. Please address all envelopes Attn: Michelle Rude.
