Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

In 2021, the City, working with Cherry Creek School District, completed the first phase of the Cherry Creek Campus Area Transportation Study. 34 alternatives were developed with 10 being prioritized for further evaluation and implementation. Potential alternatives at the Union/Dayton intersection were further analyzed in 2022, and a southbound right turn lane was determined to provide operational improvement to the intersection. As of November 25, 2024, this project is currently in the FY 2024 CIP. A firm timeline has not been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
