Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bidder pre-qualifications will NOT be required for this project; provided, however, upon evaluation of bids for recommendation to the District for award of the Contract, Bidder(s) must be prepared to demonstrate his qualifications by submitted evidence to the District such as financial data, previous experience, authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction where the project is located, and other requirements as may be specified in the Contract Documents. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check, payable to "Goldsmith Gulch Sanitation District" in the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Bid, to be retained by the District, will be required until a Contract is executed. If the successful Bidder should fail to enter into a contract with the District, its check or bid bond will be held as liquidated damages, in which event the Contract may then be awarded to another qualified bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the Bid that in the opinion of the District is in the best interest of the District. 4,241 linear feet of 8-inch CIPP rehabilitation, remove 112 manhole steps, various minor manhole repairs, and coordination with the Owner, all as described in the Contract Documents.
