Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The project shall include Construction Surveying, Detour construction and removal, Tree Removal, Unclassified Excavation, Embankment, Curb & Gutter, Class 6 Base, Asphalt Paving, Concrete forming, concrete Sidewalk, grading and rip rap placing and all other related work. The project is located at Zinno Blvd in the St. Charles Mesa area, Red Creek Springs Rd. West in the Reservoir area, and North Creek Cutoff Rd. in the Beulah area of Pueblo, Colorado. Each bid shall be made on the forms included in the Contract Documents and no Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days from and after the date set for opening of Bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid price made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. Digital copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained on or after Monday the 20th day of December 2021.
