This project combines two projects that have been developed and financed separately as 1) the Ekwill Street and Fowler Road Extensions project and 2) the Hollister Avenue Bridge Replacement project. Because the Hollister Avenue Bridge Replacement project is embedded entirely within the limits of the Ekwill-Fowler project, and must be constructed concurrently with the roadway project, the two projects are combined into one construction contract.
