Hwy-c-33-23 Furnishing and Maintaining Traffic Control on Contraflow Lanes, Nimitz Highway, Waikiki Bound, Sand Island Access Road to Pacific Street, District of Honolulu, Island of Oahu The scope of work consists of furnishing and maintaining traffic control devices for Nimitz Highway Contraflow Lane, Waikiki Bound, from Sand Island Access Road to Pacific Street, district of Honolulu, island of Oahu, every day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays as observed. All requests for information (RFI) shall be received in writing via HIePRO prior to the Question Due Date in General Information of the HIePRO solicitation. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal requests for information will not receive a response. Any protest of this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Director of Transportation, in accordance with 103D-701, HRS and 3-126, HAR. Contractors are hereby notified of the applicability of 11-355, HRS, which states that campaign contributions are prohibited from specified State or county government contractors during the term of the contract if the contractors are paid with funds appropriated by a legislative body.
