Renovation of a fire / police facility in Thedford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Municipality of Lambton Shores (the Municipality) is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to seek interested Contractors for the supply and installation of replacing six (6) overhead doors at the Northville Office located at 9575 Port Franks Road in Thedford, Ontario. The Contractor will be required to efficiently and effectively deliver the following scope of work: Remove and dispose of six (6) existing overhead doors. Supply and install six (6) new overhead doors and operators. All work shall be in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Ontario Building Code, Municipality building requirements, and Manufacturer's recommendations. Site cleanup and restoration as required related to any disturbed areas by the Contractor.
