Renovation of a fire / police facility in Thedford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Municipality of Lambton Shores ("the Municipality") is issuing this Request for Tender ("RFT") to seek interested Contractors for the supply and installation of a metal roof for the Northville Office located at 9575 Port Franks Road in Thedford, Ontario. Scope of Work The Contractor will be required to efficiently and effectively deliver the following scope of work: Remove and dispose of existing metal roof including all associated hardware to expose existing wood roof deck. Inspect existing wood roof deck including repair or replacement as required to provide a smooth surface for new roof installation. Supply and Install underlayment on improved wood roof deck surface for preparation of metal roof installation. Supply and Install metal roof including all associated hardware as required. Existing fascia and gutters to be protected and repaired if damaged during roof installation. All work shall be in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Ontario Building Code, Municipality building requirements, and Manufacturer's recommendations. Site cleanup and restoration as required related to any laydown and/or storage areas disturbed by the Contractor.
