Renovation of a municipal facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. Contract duration: One Time Purchase Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Cut off for questions at 4:00PM on January 31, 2023 Description of Work: The work consists of exterior improvements to the castle-like building and adjacent structures, including repointing and patching of brick, stone, and precast masonry at areas designated on the drawings. Additional work includes caulking of joints, cleaning masonry surfaces, and painting masonry surfaces at areas indicated. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to the initiation of the Work activities.
