Construction Consulting Services for ESSER II and ESSER III Projects across all District campuses. District will utilize Construction Consultant Services for approximately 20 hours per week. The average billing is anticipated at an average of 20 hours per week for the course of the projects. The KERN HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT (OWNER) will be performing several different projects at most campuses throughout the District. These projects consist of re-roofing, replacing HVAC units, upgrading drinking water resources, Nurses isolation new buildings and remodels of existing, new shade structures for outdoor learning, and temporary portable planning. The District will utilize Construction Consultant Services for approximately 20 hours per week. The average billing is anticipated at an average of 20 hours per week for the course of the projects. Requested Services and Deliverables Deliverables shall be considered those tangibles and resulting work products which are to be delivered to the Owner, such as draft documents, data, interim findings, drawings, schematics, training, meeting presentations, final drawings and reports. Deliverables shall be in an editable format such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other formats specified below. Documents within documents shall also be in an editable format as mentioned in the previous statement. All deliverables and resulting work products from this contract will become the property of the Owner. Every attempt shall be made to ensure that the Consultants receive an adequate and prompt response.
