Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; 24,105-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The project is generally described as a 4,998 sf, 1 story, steel frame, masonry wall Combo Building, 7,107 sf, 1 story, steel frame, masonry wall Equipment Storage Building, 12,000 SF concrete & pre-engineered, fabric covered roof structure and Fueling Station. A five percent (5%) bid bond (is) (is not) required to accompany this bid. When required bid shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Failure to submit the bid bond on the Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2 will result in the bid being considered non-responsive. (When bid bonds are requested, the awarded contractor will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bond.) Plan Holders List not maintained.
