Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ward, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Ward is seeking Architectal services to construct a new police station and to renovate/update the existing public areas of the city hall. The City of Ward is interested in acquiring the services of an architectural firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced projects. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with state/federal procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The City of Ward is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
