Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This is a two lane rehabilitation of Lemon Street from Spring Boulevard to Bath Street and Shaddock Street from Lemon Street to Spring Street. The existing roadway surfaces consist of both brick surfaces, asphalt surfaces, and asphalt with brick underneath. All surfaces will be removed and replaced with brick pavement and header/ribbon curbs. Stormwater drainage infrastructure will be replaced and improved along Lemon street and the potable water transmission main and associated potable water service lines will also be replaced. Bid Bond 5% No Pre-Bid Conference Available The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids/proposals or parts of bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, and request rebids/resubmittals on the material or services described in the ITB/RFP. The City reserves the right to waive minor informalities.
