Renovation of a municipal facility in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of this project is to install a single membrane re-cover roofing system over the existing modified bitumen built-up roofing (MBUR) without teardown. The total roofing area is approximately 20,700 square feet. The project also includes structural repairs in two distinct areas connected to the building: (1) existing roof-mounted air-conditioning (chiller system) steel support structures and (2) an attached steel frame canopy structure also located at this building ground level.
