Franklin County Department of Sanitary Engineering will provide hydrants, watch valves, and appurtenances for the project to reduce lead time for the items. Additionally, the project includes the addition of one (1) isolation valve on an existing water line. Roadway restoration will include full-depth replacement at Hydrant 11 on Pheasant Drive.
