Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, PA is soliciting bids for the Maintenance of roads within the Township. The following Project Description is based on information currently available. Each Bidder should evaluate the work involved, prior to submission of a proposal. The project briefly described is: Removal and trimming of trees along Blue Eddy Road Road (+/-4,700 LF) in Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, PA. Bids may be held by Lackawaxen Township for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Lackawaxen Township will award each bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. Any Request for Information (RFI) must include specific identification of the Project by name. All inquiries must be made in writing; email inquiries are acceptable. No inquiries will be accepted after Wednesdays February 22, 2023 at 4:00 PM.
