Repairs to various buildings damaged by fire. Repairs include structural, new windows and doors, new siding and interior/ exterior painting, roof/ eave repair, deck/ railing replacement and two new furnaces across eight facilities. Alternate repairs may include exterior painting and/ or new windows. The originally signed and notarized Bid Form, Bid Bond, and if applicable Power of Attorney, must be received within 2 business days of the bid opening, Monday, February 27, 2023.
