On Call In order to offer support to our LPA partners, this contract will select 4 prequalified consultants to provide NEPA review on LPA BIL grant awarded contracts. This contract will be managed though LTAP and individual assignments will be requested directly from the LPA to the consultant. Maximum contract amount listed is estimated and will be set based on need. All On-Call contracts are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
