As of March 31, 2023, project was awarded to WX Septic Service LLC, awarded amount is $196,559.98. This project is located in Capitan, New Mexico and includes the installation of a new prefabricated lift station, including new fiberglass wet well, pumps, piping, new fiberglass valve vault, plug and check valves, electrical, controls, concrete, etc., rehabilitation of the existing lift station wet well, including removal of existing pumps, piping, valves, valve vault, placement of new concrete floors and inverts, coatings, backfill, compaction, installation of approximately 15 LF of 8" SDR 35 PVC collection line, 45 LF of 4" CL200 forcemain, connection to existing forcemain, site grading and other incidental work identified in a base bid schedule to complete a project within available funding. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
