Pittston Township Lewis & Ford St Stormwater Replacement Project Base Bid; The proposed project will consist of the abandonment of an existing 18" CMP Stormwater Pipe; installation of approximately 185 L.F. 18" SLHDPE from the intersection of Ford St (SR2028) to Lewis Lane (Township Road); and the replacement of Two (2) stormwater inlets; Pavement Mill & Overlay Bids will be considered for award at the next Supervisor's meeting, on March 20, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. local prevailing time. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Pittston Township. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding.If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Pittston Township.
