Renovation of a municipal facility in Defuniak Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

SCOPE OF WORK: The work for this project includes, but is not limited to, modifications of the new fleet maintenance building located at 127 Montgomery Circle in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. The scope of work includes reconfiguration to the office space, structural upgrades, new maintenance bays in the current warehouse space, and reroofing of the lower office portion of the building. The project also includes HVAC upgrades, electrical and lighting upgrades, plumbing renovations, and new drive access to the maintenance bays. Bidders attending via teleconference are strongly encouraged to join the teleconference at least 10 minutes before the designated start time. If unable to join the teleconference at the number above, please call 850-892-8108 and ask to be included in the Walton County Fleet Operations Renovations Pre-Bid Teleconference. Bidder is responsible for the delivery of its bid. Bids received after the specified day and time will not be opened. To be considered, Bidder must submit bid digitally on a USB THUMB DRIVE, along with ONE ORIGINAL PAPER BID, in a sealed envelope clearly marked " ITB 23-11 WALTON COUNTY FLEET OPERATIONS RENOVATIONS" addressed to Bids: Central Purchasing at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
