Questions regarding the RFP process must be in writing and faxed to (352) 330-1338 Attention: Thomas J. Rigwood, Assistant Director of Public Works or via email to trigwood@wildwood-fl.gov The purpose of this Contract is to provide the City of Wildwood (herein referred to as "City of Wildwood") with a complete Mowing and Landscape Maintenance Services contract (hereinafter shall be referred to as the "Work" or "Services") inclusive of all the required equipment and materials, defined in the table attached to this Scope of Work The initial term of this Agreement shall be March 1, 2023, through February 28, 2026, with the option to renew for a two (2) year extension. Following completion of the initial term, the renewal period shall automatically occur on March 1, 2026, unless either party provides a minimum ninety (90) day written notice of non-renewal. The prices awarded by CONTRACTOR shall remain fixed and firm for the initial term of the Agreement. At a minimum of six (6) months prior to the end of the initial term, CONTRACTOR may submit a request in writing to the "City of Wildwood" effective for the renewal period. Any agreed upon negotiated price change shall remain firm for the remainder of the two (2) year extension renewal term
