The City intends to establish a pool of qualified General Service Planners. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee that a contract for services will be offered to the consultant. Qualifications will be reviewed as they are submitted. All consultants will be notified of acceptance or rejection of qualifications. Contracts may be issued to pool participants at any time. In general, work includes providing General Planning Services for the City of Eugene on a contractual and/or as-needed basis. When a need arises the City may review the qualifications of the planners within the pool.
