As of March 7, 2023, project was awarded to Payne & Dolan Inc., awarded amount is $324,362.70. For furnishing all labor, equipment and materials and doing all work in connection with the following Asphalt paving project: Keup Road STH 60 to Termini .4 MI Cedarton Parkway Keup Road to Termini .55 MI The bids will be received and the contract will be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section 60.47 and 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Before submitting any proposal, the contractor shall examine all bid documents and the work sites. The bid shall be submitted on Town Proposal forms, in a sealed envelope that has been plainly marked, Town of Cedarburg 2023 Asphalt Paving Bid. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any formalities or irregularities in bidding, or accept any bid, all of which in the opinion of the Town Board shall serve the best interest of the Town. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time and date of the bid opening, without the consent of the Town Board.
