Site work and renovation of a civil project in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of one lump-sum prime Contract as is generally as follows: the remodel of an existing lift station complete as specified, including site work, utilities, sanitary sewer, force main, building, equipment mechanical and electrical work, natural gas generator, instrumentation and control, painting, asphalt, restoration, clean-up, and start-up. Project is to be substantially completed on, or before, November 8, 2024. All blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. Failure to list subcontractors or suppliers may be cause for rejection of the Bid. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and the right to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price.
