Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services during the prequalification process having an MSA agreement beginning with (48400-410-0000034480) are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ). Through this ITB/RFQ the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, the State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT) is seeking bids for Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services.
