As of April 14, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline or award has not yet been established. Removal of the existing roof system down to the metal deck and installation of new thermal insulation, insulation protection layer and 2-ply modified bitumen roof membrane on a Roof Area E (Base Bid) and Roof Areas C and F (Alternate) ,as noted on the roof plan, at the Arts and Science/Craig Hall Building on the North Carolina A&T campus.
