This wastewater transmission system improvement project involves the design, permitting, and construction of mechanical, electrical, Odor control, building, and site upgrades to the Williamson Regional Lift Station (Station No. 95). This project is necessary to insure uninterrupted collection and transmission of wastewater. Williamson is a regional lift station that ultimately provides service to approximately residences in the southwest portion of the City. The proposed improvements include; installation of an advance odor control system, installation of static mixers in the wet well, replacement of electrical equipment damaged by the excessive hydrogen sulfide gasses, and rehabilitation of the existing electrical building. The project is included in the City of Port Orange 2023 - 2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
