These bids require compliance with Office of Economic Opportunity participation plans. No quotes will be accepted unless a Questionnaire & Financial Statement for Qualified Sellers with all questions fully answered is filed electronically on or before Thursday, February 23, 2023 No oral interpretations will be made to any Seller as to the meaning of the Plans and Specifications. The work of this Contract consists of furnishing, employing, and installing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete all demolition, renovation, and construction as specified and/or as shown on the Plans, producing thereby a complete, finished, watertight, neat, safe, rugged, reliable, and fully usable facility ready for operation. The work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to: 1. Demolition of existing equipment in the dry well and wet well. 2. Modifications to existing dry well and wet well. 3. Installation of new control building. 4. Installation of new pumps, piping, valves and all relevant appurtenances. 5. Demolition of the existing generator and automatic transfer switch. 6. Installation of new generator and automatic transfer switch. 7. Installation of new pumps, piping, valves and all relevant appurtenances. 8. Repaving of access path. 9. Replacement of existing transformer. 10. New vault foundation for transformer. 11. Relocation of meter panel. 12. All associated electrical work.
