Renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project Title : E-Wing Fire Sprinkler Project Location: VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS), 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu, HI Contractor shall replace Fire Sprinklers in accordance with attached Statement of Work. IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of construction is less than $25,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. A site Visit is schedule for Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 9:00am Hawaii Standard Time. See Section 52.236-27 Site Visit for details Request for Information (RFIs) are due Monday March 31, 2023 by 12:00PM Hawaii Standard Time and must be emailed to christopher.aguon@va.gov This procurement is 100% set-aside for selected contractors on the NCO 21 Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 1, All terms and conditions of the MACC apply to this Task Order. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Offerors must be verified in SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) Program at the time of proposal submission in order for the proposal to be evaluated for award. All proposals shall be sent via email to Christopher Aguon at christopher.aguon@va.gov
