HVAC Services - Atherton Wastewater Plant The District is requesting bids for HVAC Preventative Main-tenance and repair services at Atherton Wastewater Plant in In- dependence, MO. The services will include 30 units with pre-ventative maintenance in Spring (Mar-May), Summer (Jun-Aug) and Fail (Sep-Nov) for A/C units; and Fall (Sep-Nov) preventative maintenance for 19 Heating units. Provide on-call services with a 24-hour response time, emer-gency services and after-hours services. This will include Labor Rates, Emergency Service, Af-ter-hour Rates, Vehicle/Travel Time, Trip Charge, Materials and Other Expenses. The specifica-tions are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
