The City of Puyallup ("City") is requesting proposals to select a qualified consultant intended to assist the City's Parks and Recreation Department with consulting services for delineation of critical areas and report writing for permit submittals and park/recreational amenity planning and development on a recently acquired property adjacent to Wildwood Park. The City will need a maps, studies and Critical Area Reports on Parcel #0420344011 to include: 1. Wetland/Stream Delineation 2. Required Critical Area Habitat Assessment 3. Geotechnical assessment of steep slope and erosion hazards 4. Survey and Map Production to include property boundaries and topography survey with surveying critical area flags for map and buffering determination Any questions related to the RFQ must be received in writing (letter or email) by February 14, 2023. Questions should be addressed to Sarah Harris, Parks and Recreation Director, at Sarah@puyallupwa.gov. The City will respond to questions in writing (letter or email response) by February 17, 2023. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
