For Village of Seven Mile Catch Basin Replacements For furnishing the labor, materials, and equipment for the Village of Seven Mile Catch Basin Replacements. This project is funded with Community Development Block Grant Funds and shall therefore follow Federal Labor Stand.ards Provisions. General Contractors and Sub Contractors performing work on this project shall be in good standing on the Ohio Department of Transportation's approved contractor listing for the type of work involved Each proposal shall be accompat).ied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check upon a solvent bank for the sum of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and performance properly secured by a bond in the amount of one hundred percent ( 100%) of the amount of the contract. Additional documentation to be accompanied with the proposal is provided in the bid document, and are required upon submittal of bid Bids are to be sealed and labeled as "PROJECT #CDBG-22-18". All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, in both words and figures, and the foregoing Certification must be fully completed and executed when submitted. In case of discrepancies of written words and figures, the prices written in words shall govern. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any or all proposals, to accept the proposals valid for sixty (60) days from the bid opening. Butler County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this bid opening.
