Site work for a water / sewer project in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Any questions must be received by the Owner through e-mail no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 in order to provide an addendum to all plan holders. In general, the improvements on which proposals are requested will be as described below: 140 lineal feet of 8" ductile iron water main, 130 lineal feet of 16" ductile iron water main, 6 fire hydrants, install and reconnect 59 water services from an existing 16" cast iron main to existing water services with new copper pipe and curb boxes, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
