PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Bid Package is for the remaining packages at the new 160,000 sq. ft. Kalamazoo RESA CTE Center being constructed on several parcels bounded by I-94, Sprinkle, & Vanrick. SCHEDULE: Project is scheduled to begin November 2022 and a final completion date is scheduled for August 2024. DUE DATE EXTENSION: The bid due date is being extended for ONLY the following Bid Packages.
