SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting proposals from qualified Ultraviolet Disinfection Equipment suppliers to furnish and deliver a complete Ultraviolet Disinfection System for drinking water for the Quill Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Project a Federally Funded Project. The scope of supply includes all design, fabrication, factory testing, delivery, installation, and onsite services during construction and commission of an ultraviolet disinfection system for drinking water complete with accessories necessary for an operating system. Suppliers are encouraged to visit the project site to verify existing conditions. Proposal must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. QUESTIONS regarding this Solicitation must be submitted writing via email to Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org and must be received a minimum of (5) working days prior to close of the Solicitation period. ADDENDA: All addenda are posted on Carson City's website electronically . It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their proposal. AWARD RECOMMENDATION will be made by the Public Works Department, based on the evaluation results of the City Review and Selection Committee. Once the Public Works Department has made a recommendation, the results will be posted through the City's website and all Suppliers will be notified by e-mail of the recommendation for award to the Successful Supplier ("Notice of Award Recommendation").
