PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) invites qualified ICEs to submit proposals for the Advanced Purified Water Facility at American Flat Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) & Project Schedule Management Services. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Documents and Requirements as set forth in the formal "Request for Proposals." The Project goal includes production of category A+ Advanced Purified Water (APW), meeting the State of Nevada category A+ requirements and testing of feasibility and operational aspects of aquifer storage and recovery using APW at the American Flat site. Construction is anticipated to start in the spring of 2024. THIS IS A FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECT. Federal Funding is anticipated in part through the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) through the Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) and potentially other Federal funding sources including but not limited to Title XVI and EPA. Special Federal Conditions apply to this project and are included in the package. PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE VISIT: A pre-proposal/site visit will NOT be held. Proposals received after the date and time set for receipt will be REJECTED. Facsimile and Hard Copy Proposals will NOT be accepted RFP EVALUATIONS: Proposals will be reviewed and scored by an evaluation committee. Interviews may be requested. Results and pertinent information will be posted on NGEM and proposers will be notified electronically. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the Proposal which is deemed by TMWA to be in the best interest of TMWA. TMWA also reserves the right to waive technical errors and/or informalities in the proposal process. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: April 2023
