Materials for Water, Sewer and Storm water Installation - Parts Inventory The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain bids from one or more qualified vendors to furnish materials that are necessary for Water, Sewer and Storm water Installation on an as-needed basis. Delivery Location: 525 Taylor Street, Lynchburg VA, 24501 Inquiries must be received at least 7 business days prior to the due date in order to be considered (deadline is October 18, 2023. By 2:00 p.m.). Any questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Florence Randolph The initial term of this contract shall be for a six (6) month period with the option to renew for up to nine (9) additional six (6) month terms, upon mutual agreement of both parties to the contract. Total contract term shall not exceed five (5) years in length. The City reserves the right, at its sole option, to renew the contract for consecutive terms.
