Site work for a water / sewer project in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project shall be governed by these contract documents, special conditions, specifics related to the work, and all provisions of the Manual of Standard Specifications and Manual of Standard Plans 2017 Edition published by the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and Ogden Citys Engineering Standards for Public Improvements 2020 Edition which are applicable to the work are made a part of the Contract Documents by reference. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Remove or replace old storm utility infrastructure, install new storm utility infrastructure which includes: 110 LF of storm box culvert, 1200 LF of RCP, 14 inlet boxes, and 5 manholes. Remove and replace curb and gutter and concrete flatwork at each intersection corner. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City
