The work consists of construction of a new wash rack and material storage bins. The demolition of the water retention/detention facilities and desalination evaporative ponds. Existing wash rack will be removed and preserved for future use at a different location. Installation of fixed equipment (provided as part of the work unless otherwise noted), utility connections and fees, excavation, grading and other site improvements are required as part of the work. The project consists of an existing maintenance complex located in Vernal, UT. The following description is an outline of the work to be accomplished and not meant to be a definitive scope of work: 1.
