Site work and paving for a road / highway in Vernal, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project is expected to be completed by August 31, 2023. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Submit to Bart Jensen at b.jensen@jonesanddemille.com or Braden Chamberlain at braden.c@jonesanddemille.com. Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation, Paving (Highway, Road or Street), Roadway Pavement Markings, Asphalt Pulverizing, Construction, Asphalt Overlay, Rehab. and/or Maint. The Project includes the following Work: approximately 210,000 square yards of chip seal, 81,000 square yards of cement treated base course, 600 square yards of pavement repair. Bids will be received for single contract. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 38 W 100 N, Vernal, UT 84078. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays or may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated websites and the Issuing Office.
