The City of Pomona is seeking informal quotes from qualified proposers for Library Facility Remodel Community Services Office, in accordance with the Scope of Service or Specifications stated herein. Bidders must be listed on the City of Pomona's prospective bidders list. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND/OR SPECIFICATIONS 1. Remove existing T-bar calling and install new T-bar approximately 2,226 sq. feet. 2. On the Ceiling Removal, City staff will remove all the old ceiling tiles and dispose of them. Contractor to remove the entire old T-bar track. 3. Remove existing lighting and dispose of it, replace with new 2x4 Led lighting that meets current building code. 4. Remove A/C supply vents, cap and repair ductwork; install new supply vents and re duct to the top or side of the existing duct work; assuring proper coverage and flow. 5. Remove and replace existing return vents, in the same manner as the supply vents. 6. Remove approximately 15 feet of temporary/prefab header wall. 7. Remove 7 feet of wall. Install new walls to design plan, approximately 44 feet, move or redesign to meet ADA requirements. 8. Supply and install two new doors to meet ADA requirements. 9. Flooring removal and new flooring install will be the city's responsibility. 10. Supply and install a new sink, cabinet also an overhead cabinet repair and cover existing sewer and water lines. 11. This is a prevailing wage work and needs to be registered with the DIR, must have a current City of Pomona business license and insurance certs. 12. This project need to go to City Council for approval once approved you will be issued a PO# and a notice to proceed, once received you will need to complete this project with in eight weeks. 13.
