The City of Janesville seeks proposals from qualified firms interested in providing trash and recycling services for the City of Janesville Parks Division & Operations Division. Collection is to take place at several regional and community parks/recreational facilities, as well as several service and miscellaneous City-owned facilities within the City of Janesville. The services being sought are for a multi-year period, and bids are requested for a oneyear, two-year, and three-year contract period. City staff will determine which time period is most advantageous to the City, and the resulting agreement will reflect the contract period selected. The contract period is scheduled to end on March 31 of the final year of the agreement. The requested service is projected to begin April 1, 2023, unless otherwise noted in Appendix A, attached. The City of Janesville reserves the right to reject without cause any and all proposals, and to waive any informality relative to proposals and accept any proposal deemed advantageous to the City of Janesville.
