The City of Portland (City) is soliciting Proposals from firms interested and qualified to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services (in a one step process) in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269 Subchapter F for the Leisure and Entertainment District Block Redevelopment and Streetscape Improvements as outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected CMAR is to assist the City and its Architect with cost estimating and value engineering during the design and construction documents phases, and then shall build the improvements as the Construction Manager-at-Risk.
