The scope of work for Part 1 will be to perform Functional Performance testing of all existing HVAC systems. The testing intends to identify system deficiencies to create a scope of work for system repairs and remediation by the Prime Contractor selected for the project. Existing systems are around 22 years of age. Testing shall include working through the BAS to test the functionality of the Building Automation Systems, fans, cooling, heating performance, and the like. Deliverables shall consist of a detailed list of equipment and all noted deficiencies for this phase of the work The Owner reserves the right to negotiate and accept any qualifications, or to reject all qualifications, and to offer to accept any qualifications subject to delete any item or group of work items from the scope of work.
