Architectural and Engineering Services for Palmetto ES Comprehensive Renovation Project Major elements of the project include: 1. A comprehensive renovation project for Palmetto ES at 2015 Duskin Ave., Orlando, FL., 32839. Comprehensive renovation and remodeling of the entire campus to provide improved facilities meeting Orange County Public Schools' Design Guidelines and educational program requirements. The project scope includes all renovations needed to address current deficiencies and to upgrade all building and site facilities, systems, and finishes at or near the end of their useful life. The scope also provides for the remodeling of existing spaces to support current programs, life safety, and accessibility requirements. Construction will occur on an occupied campus. The scope will also include any temporary facilities and classrooms required to support construction phasing. Due to the complexity and variety of scope items, preference will be given to a Prime with Architectural experience.
