Renovation of an educational facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SkyBuilders USA(SBU) has been selected by Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) to provide facilities services for Liberty Middle School. The project will be located at 3405 S Chickasaw Trail, Orlando, FL 32829. The scope of work includes but not limited to; Repair any finishes that are disturbed from the replacement of the sanitary sewer. Replace all piping in corridors, kitchen area leading to the grease trap and all sewer main piping leading out of the building going to lift station, removal of tiles, flooring, wall sections, interior/exterior concrete saw cutting in hallways, classrooms and administration spaces and sidewalks, excavation of earth backfill, compaction, rebar installation, interior and exterior concrete pouring, flooring installation and finish work. All parties interested in bidding on this project must be prequalified in order for their bid to be considered.
