The City of Norcross is requesting Sealed Proposals for City wide Annual lighting & Decorations & Maintenance Services for holiday and other events lighting and decorations for designated areas within the city of Norcross as illustrated on accompanied exhibits. The term of the initial agreement shall be for the 2023 holiday season. The intent of the RFP is to have a successful contractor enter into an agreement with the city for the desired services. The City of Norcross will retain the option, at its sole discretion, to award up to three (3) renewal periods of one (1) year each. The selected contractor will use creative ideas and concepts to ensure cohesiveness in the holiday theme and design of all lights and decorations in all areas designated by the City of Norcross in this RFP. All work must be conducted according to industry standards All questions/requests must be submitted via e-mail prior to March 17, 2023.Please request RFP documents/specifications and submit questions via e-mail only. Submit questions/requests to Shahin Khalili via e-mail at Shahin.khalili@norcrossga.net. Addenda will be posted on the City of Norcross website. After the RFP is issued, no contact will be permitted between the vendors and any other city staff members or elected officials. The City of Norcross reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and award in the best of interest of the city.
